Connect and Conquer LLC publishes and runs the Strategy of app, and is responsible for what it keeps about you. This page says what the app keeps, why, who else handles it, and how to have it deleted.
What the app keeps
- Your account: your email address, the name, organization or business name and photo you give if you give them, when the account was made and when you last signed in, and whether you are an admin. Your account is made the first time you sign in.
- What you enter: your Pillar statements and mottos, your goals, your routines and the times you mark them done, your to-dos, and any pictures you add.
- Signing in: a record of each sign-in code we send you (the code itself is never stored), the internet address it was asked for from, and one sign-in key for each phone you use.
When you press Record in a box, your recording is sent to be turned into words and the words are put in the box for you to read. The recording is not kept.
What it is used for
Only to run the app for you: to show you your own Pillars, goals and routines, to remind you when you asked to be reminded, and to let Connect and Conquer LLC's admins look after accounts and answer support requests. An admin works for Connect and Conquer LLC, can search the list of accounts and sees each account's name, organization or business name, email address, role, when it was made and when it was last used, and can delete an account when its owner asks. An admin does not see your Pillar statements, goals, routines, to-dos or pictures. Nothing is sold, nothing is used for advertising, and the app has no advertising or tracking code.
More info
The More info section lists links chosen by Connect and Conquer LLC. A link opens in your phone's browser, and what that page says, keeps or sells is between you and whoever runs it.
Strategy of & does not receive it
Strategy of & is a separate company from Connect and Conquer LLC; the two are friendly, but this is not a joint venture or a partnership. What you enter in the Strategy of app is not shared with Strategy of &, and Strategy of & has no access to it. If that were ever to change, this page would say so first.
Who else handles it
- DigitalOcean hosts the server and the database, in the United States.
- Amazon Web Services sends the sign-in emails.
- OpenAI turns a recording into words when you press Record.
- Apple and Google deliver notifications to your phone.
How long it is kept, and deleting it
Your account and what you entered are kept until you delete your account. Sign-in code records are deleted after a day. To have your account and everything you entered deleted, see Delete your account.
Children
The Strategy of app is for adults and is not meant for anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
