These terms are between you and Connect and Conquer LLC, which publishes the Strategy of app. Using the app means you accept them.

Free, and open to anyone

The Strategy of app costs nothing. It has no purchases, subscriptions or advertising, and you do not need a membership of Strategy of & or of anything else to use it. Anyone 18 or over may make an account. The app is a tool you may use or not, and it stays free for as long as Connect and Conquer LLC hosts it.

Your account

Keep the email address you sign in with to yourself, because a sign-in code sent there opens your account. You can stop using the app, and have your account deleted, at any time. We may close an account that is used to break these terms or the law.

Strategy of & is a separate company

Strategy of & is not a party to these terms. Connect and Conquer LLC and Strategy of & are separate companies; they are friendly, but the Strategy of app is not a joint venture or a partnership between them. The Strategy of app does not sell Strategy of &'s courses, programs or memberships, and nothing in it depends on them. Its More info section opens pages that Connect and Conquer LLC chooses, in your phone's browser; what those pages say or sell is between you and their owner. Anything you buy from Strategy of &, you buy under its own terms, and Connect and Conquer LLC is not a party to it.

What you put in

Your statements, goals, routines and to-dos are yours. You let us store them and show them back to you so the app can work. Don't use the app to store anything unlawful or anything that belongs to someone else.

Reminders and the app's advice

Reminders depend on your phone, its settings and its connection, and may sometimes be late or not arrive. The app helps you plan; it is not professional, medical, financial or legal advice.

Changes and availability

We improve the app over time and may change or remove features. If Connect and Conquer LLC stops hosting the app, it stops working. We try to keep it running, but cannot promise it will always be available or free of mistakes.

Limits

The app is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, Connect and Conquer LLC is not liable for indirect losses or for losses caused by the app being unavailable.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the date at the top changes with it, and continuing to use the app means you accept the new terms.
