Connect and Conquer LLC publishes the Strategy of app and answers its support. Write to [email protected] and say what you were trying to do and what happened. We answer within two working days.

For a question about Strategy of &'s programs, courses or memberships, ask Strategy of &. It is a separate company, and we cannot see or change anything you have with it.

I can't sign in

Type your email address. We send a six-digit code to it, which works for ten minutes. If you have never signed in before, entering the code makes your account; no membership is needed. If the code hasn't arrived after a minute, look in your spam or junk folder, then ask for a new code.

The code says it isn't right

Use the newest code: asking for a new one ends the old one. After five wrong tries a code stops working, and you can ask for another.
